Yes, but it is paid: choose a plan, pay, and full access opens immediately. Within 7 calendar days you can cancel from billing and request your money back — we refund in full within 5–10 business days to the same card.

A seat is one active employee in your roster. Soft-deleted (deactivated) employees don't take up a seat.

The system blocks adding a new employee until you purchase additional seats. The base includes 10 seats; you can add more in tiers (11–50, 51–250 and 250+).

Monthly — you pay month to month for the selected seat count. Annual — the full selected seat count is paid upfront for the year with 20% off. If you add seats during the annual period, we charge only the remaining-period difference. After the annual period ends, the subscription auto-renews on the same terms — you can cancel up to 30 days before renewal.

Our team plans campaigns, picks templates, sends simulations and tracks training. You review the dashboard summary, while PDF or email commentary can be agreed depending on the plan.

Yes. Launch + Quarterly Review is a separately agreed add-on for self-service customers: setup, first campaign and a quarterly plan refresh. The core plans remain Self-Service and Full Management.

No — all prices are shown excluding VAT. EU companies with a valid VAT ID get reverse-charge (no VAT added). Companies without a VAT ID or based outside the EU pay the applicable local VAT (e.g. LT 21%, PL 23%). You can enter your invoicing details (company name, registration code, VAT ID, address) in the billing section after activation.

Yes — regular phishing simulations and security training are part of the NIS2 directive's 'risk management measures' (Art. 21). In the platform you see a compliance view, campaign history and training records you can show to auditors or management. Note: Opsinel itself does not certify NIS2 compliance — we are a tool, not an auditor.

After account activation, go to 'Settings → Invoicing details' and enter the legal entity name, registration code, VAT ID (if applicable) and address. These details appear automatically on every invoice. You can change them anytime — changes apply to future invoices.
