Real emails from your bank or IT come from the official domain. Tricks like swapping an "o" for a zero are classic phishing.
The employee is taken to a short lesson about that same email: which signs were present, what was easy to miss and what to do next time. You can also assign catalog courses or commission custom training.
Every open, click, safe data-entry event and finished lesson updates the dashboard. You see the overall team view, department risk and the next recommended action.
