check_circleYou can withdraw consent at any time on this page. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent.
check_circleWe do not rely on legitimate interest for optional cookies. Optional cookies require consent.
1. Controller and Contact
Controller: UAB Opsinel ("Opsinel", "we", "us").
Email for privacy and cookie questions: info@opsinel.com.
Website: https://opsinel.com.
If you use Opsinel as a client, your organisation may be the controller for employee data while Opsinel acts as processor under a data processing agreement. This policy explains browser technologies; broader personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on, or reads from, your device. Cookies allow a website to recognise a browser, maintain a session, remember settings or, with consent, collect statistical information.
Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels, tags and other browser storage or identification methods. In this policy we refer to them together as cookies unless a specific technology is named.
Cookies may be session cookies, deleted when you close the browser, or persistent cookies, kept until their expiry date, deletion or consent withdrawal.
3. Legal Basis
Strictly necessary cookies are used because they are required to provide the information society service you requested, including authentication, security, language choice and lawful website operation. They do not require separate consent.
All optional cookies, including analytics cookies, require your consent. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed and expressed by an active action. We do not use pre-ticked choices.
Where cookie information is personal data, it is processed under GDPR. For analytics, the initial storage and reading of cookies happens only with consent, and further use is limited to measuring and improving the service.
4. Cookie Categories We Use
Strictly necessary cookies: required for the website, account, security, session, load handling, language and remembering cookie choices.
Functional storage: used for small preferences such as a dismissed notice or interface state. If a specific entry is not necessary for the service, it is used only as allowed by your choices.
Analytics cookies: help understand which pages are visited, whether the site is stable, which devices are used and how to improve the service. They load only after consent.
Marketing cookies: Opsinel currently does not use marketing cookies for advertising profiling or tracking users across other websites. If this changes, the policy and consent controls will be updated before such cookies are enabled.
5. Consent Management
On your first visit, a cookie banner is shown. You can accept all cookies or continue with strictly necessary cookies only.
If you choose strictly necessary cookies only, Google Analytics and other optional analytics tools are not loaded.
If you accept all cookies, analytics is enabled. Your choice is stored in localStorage under opsinel_cookie_consent_v1 so we do not ask on every visit.
You can withdraw consent at any time by using the Reset cookie preferences button on this page. After withdrawal, you can choose again.
6. Third Parties and Recipients
We use Google Analytics only after consent. Google may act as an independent controller or processor under its service terms depending on the specific use.
We use Supabase infrastructure for authentication and platform operation. Sign-in and session cookies are used only for account management and security.
If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, GDPR safeguards apply, including European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
7. Browser-Level Controls
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Browsers usually let you view stored cookies, delete site-specific cookies, block third-party cookies or set automatic deletion.
If you block strictly necessary cookies, sign-in, language choice, security checks, account sessions or other core platform functions may stop working.
Browser settings are separate from Opsinel consent controls. If you use multiple browsers or devices, you may need to set choices on each of them.
8. Your Rights
Where cookies or similar technologies process your personal data, you have GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data copy and withdrawal of consent.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. After withdrawal, optional cookies should no longer load unless you consent again.
To exercise your rights, contact info@opsinel.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when cookies, platform functions, providers, law or supervisory authority practice changes.
Material changes take effect only after updating the information and, where required, requesting consent again. The latest update date is always shown at the top of this page.
